Cancellation Policy
Eclectic Aesthetics Cancellation Policy
At Eclectic Aesthetics, we truly value your time and appreciate your support. To help us provide the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy:
• 24-Hour Notice Required
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This gives us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.
• Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a late cancellation fee that is 50% of the service total.
• No-Shows
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Future appointments may require prepayment to rebook.
• Late Arrivals
If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to avoid overlapping with other clients.
• Card on File Required
A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. No charges will be made unless the cancellation policy is violated.
